These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tabee Consulting LLC website and services operated under the "Проект "Нейрородитель" ("Neuroparent" project ) brand ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

1.1 Who Can Use Our Services

Our services are available to individuals who:

• Are at least 18 years of age

• Are parents, caregivers, or legal guardians of children

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

• Reside in jurisdictions where our services are legally permitted

1.2 Account Requirements

To access certain services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information

• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

2. SERVICES OFFERED

2.1 Nature of Services

We provide:

• Individual one-on-one consultations for parents of neurodivergent children

• Consultation packages for ongoing support

• Video training courses and educational materials

• Community support group access

• Educational content combining behavioral therapy and NLP techniques

2.2 Professional Disclaimer

Our services are educational and supportive in nature. They do not constitute:

• Medical advice or treatment

• Psychological or psychiatric therapy

• A substitute for professional medical or mental health care

• An emergency service

If you or your child are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

3. COMMERCIAL TERMS

3.1 Fees and Payment

• All fees are listed in USD unless otherwise specified

• Payment is due at the time of booking for individual consultations

• Package purchases require full payment upfront

• We accept payments via Stripe, Wise, and other designated payment processors

• All prices are subject to applicable taxes

3.2 Scheduling and Cancellations

• Consultations must be scheduled through our approved booking system

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled consultation forfeit the session

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours in advance

• No-shows forfeit the session without refund

3.3 Refund Policy

• Individual consultations: No refunds after service delivery

• Consultation packages: Pro-rated refunds for unused sessions within 30 days of purchase

• Training courses: 7-day money-back guarantee from purchase date

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our contact email

4. RIGHT TO MODIFY SERVICES

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature

• Change prices with 30 days' notice for existing clients

• Update service offerings based on professional development and certification status

• Limit availability of services to certain geographic regions

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1 Our Content

All content on our website and in our services, including but not limited to:

• Training materials and courses

• Methodologies and frameworks

• Written content, videos, and graphics

• The "Нейрородитель" (Neuroparent) brand and logos

• Proprietary NLP and behavioral therapy integration techniques

Are owned by Tabee Consulting LLC or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Use of Our Content

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without written permission

• Use our content for commercial purposes

• Create derivative works based on our proprietary methodologies

• Share login credentials or course access with others

5.3 User Content

By submitting content to us (testimonials, feedback, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publish such content for marketing and service improvement purposes.

6. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

6.1 Information Handling

We handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Given the nature of our services:

• We maintain strict confidentiality regarding family situations discussed in consultations

• Session notes and records are kept secure and confidential

6.2 Mandatory Reporting

As professionals working with families, we are required to report suspected child abuse or neglect to appropriate authorities as required by law.

7. WARRANTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

7.1 Our Commitments

We warrant that:

• Services will be provided by qualified professionals with appropriate certifications

• We will maintain professional standards and ethics

• We will provide services with reasonable care and skill

7.2 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

• Specific outcomes or results from our services

• That our techniques will work for every child or family

• Continuous, uninterrupted access to our website or services

7.3 Your Responsibilities

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for implementing techniques and strategies discussed

• You will provide accurate information about your child and family situation

• You will follow professional medical advice from your healthcare providers

• Our services complement but do not replace professional medical care

8. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms

• Provide false or misleading information

• Engage in inappropriate behavior during consultations

• Fail to pay for services

• Use our services for unauthorized purposes

• Exhibit behavior that threatens the safety of our staff or other clients

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tabee Consulting LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of our services

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any third-party rights

• Any content you submit to us

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

10.1 Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

10.2 Limitation

IN NO EVENT SHALL TABEE CONSULTING LLC BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

• Lost profits, data, or business opportunities

• Damages exceeding the amount paid for the specific service in question

10.3 Exceptions

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

• Step 1: Informal Resolution - Contact us directly to resolve disputes

• Step 2: Mediation - If informal resolution fails, parties agree to attempt mediation

• Step 3: Binding Arbitration - Unresolved disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Franklin County, Ohio

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to bring or participate in any class action.

12. INTERNATIONAL SERVICES

12.1 Multi-Language Services

While we offer services in Russian, English, and Kazakh, these Terms constitute the binding agreement regardless of the language of service delivery.

12.2 Cross-Border Services

For clients outside the United States:

• You are responsible for compliance with local laws

• Currency conversion fees may apply

• Time zones for scheduling are in Eastern Time (ET)

13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by:

• Posting the new Terms on our website

• Updating the "Effective Date"

• Sending email notification for material changes

Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. MISCELLANEOUS

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tabee Consulting LLC regarding our services.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
